Creative Buffets was originally founded in 1984 by John Capriole and his wife, Mary. When we first opened our doors, our kitchen location was part-retail, offering fresh fried fish and chips and banana fritters to walk-in customers. It was also coupled with What's So Funny? Balloons, which provided a variety of balloon assortments, full party planning and decor, even original costume characters.
In the mid-nineties, What's So Funny? was shut down and our location was completely overhauled to be nothing but a large commercial kitchen in order to consolidate costs and put a greater focus on the quality of our food and off-premise services.
We currently specialize in corporate functions, parties at private residences or function halls and, in the summer months, on-site barbeques and clambakes.
